The program:
This program consists of three programs in one for a duration of 6 weeks. That is to say that you can either integrate this program into your current routine. There are 3 separate days for this program.
- Version 1: Alternate days when doing your legs day. You can also choose to do it as a priority to solve recurring problems
- Version 2: cycle of 1 day every 72 hours. So 9 days for a full cycle
