It is important to adapt our training style as we age.

 

Muscular and postural imbalances will have greater impacts when muscle mass and strength decrease. The different hormonal factors force us to revise our way of doing things

 

This program is essentially aimed at preserving muscle mass and strength. The balance of forces between the different muscle groups is also required throughout the program.The goal is to live healthy, be functional and add years of quality to our lives.

 

The program:

 

This program consists of 3 phases. 4 weeks of training for each of the 3 phases. 3 separate days of training performed at your own pace depending on recovery. I suggest you do a cycle like 2 on 1 off 1 on 1 off.
