This program is anything but for beginners! Welcome to the world of strength!
In 90 days, test your limits with loads that will challenge you! A more caloric diet is recommended to compensate for extraordinary energy expenditure. Plan for more recovery to avoid nervous system exhaustion!
The program:
This program consists of 3 phases. 4 weeks of training for each of the 3 phases. 3 separate training days run at your own pace based on recovery. I suggest you do a cycle like 1 on 1 off 1 on 1 off 1 on 2off
