Chest Destruction
Like other muscle groups, the chest is often underdeveloped due to the lack of science behind some programs. I propose here to explore some combinations and variations of exercises that have allowed me to have had great success in the last 30 years.
Less complex than the back, this 6-week course will surprise you with its simplicity and effectiveness. Like other programs of this type, 3 different days to be done a few days apart for immediate results from the first week.
The program:
This program consists of three programs in one for a duration of 6 weeks. That is to say that you can either integrate this program into your current routine. There are 3 separate days for this program.
- Version 1: Alternate days when doing your chest day. You can also choose to do it as a priority to solve recurring problems
- Version 2: cycle of 1 day every 72 hours. So 9 days for a full cycle
