This program is for beginners or anyone with a few years of experience, but returning to training after a period of rest or returning from an injury.
This is a combination of hypertrophy and endurance. I offer you 90 days to balance any muscular and postural imbalances. Several stability exercises are included to ensure stability at the joint level but also to maintain a good posture in the execution of the movements.
The objective of this program is to prepare you to start a more advanced program or to allow you to practice your favorite sporting activity without any restraint.
