Reduce the upper body training volume if you decide to do this Blitz alongside your current training. 48 to 72 hours of rest between each day would be a good starting point, to be adjusted according to recovery.
The program:
This program consists of three programs in one for a duration of 6 weeks. That is to say that you can either integrate this program into your current routine. There are 3 separate days for this program.
- Version 1: Alternate days when doing your arm day. You can also choose to do it as a priority to solve recurring problems
- Version 2: cycle of 1 day every 48 hours. So 6 days for a full cycle
